Did you use non-detergent oil in the hydraulics? If you used detergent oil, it's foaming and your hitch won't function properly. If you used non-detergent oil, try adding more until everything works properly. If it still doesen't work, you may have to troubleshoot some more to determine where the problem lies. Might just be air in the system, might need a pump rebuild. Get in there and find out. Good luck. Phil
