IH switch from positive ground tractors ??

Have Super C's and 350's with positive ground
systems. When did the change take place for
neg. ground models ? The 856 diesel and
hydro 70 tractors would be neg. ground, correct ?
I was wondering when IH began the other way,
and with what tractors ? Can someone help
me ? Thanks kindly !!
