tractor support?

What would be a cheap but safe way of supporting my tractor (IH 350U - 1957 Gas 4cyl w/ 3point & TA) while I remove my right rear tire to explore possible seal problems?
I have the little triangle jack stands, but I would have put a lot of boards under it to bring it to the axle height and there doesn't seem like enough room to put a stump under it without removing some stuff under neath, like the fast hitch. Suggestions?
