Stuck W-6

I have a W 6 that I bought with a bad rod, I rebuilt the engine and used it for several years, It sat for about a year without running, and now the engine is stuck. I have had kerosene in the cylinders for about 6 months now and its still stuck, would it be ok to try to turn the engine over by pulling it with another tractor with it in gear?
