Single front wheels were an option on a lot of tractors. Rubber on the rear COULD mean a later model, or it could be that it was converted. Couple of more questions: Follow the shaft from the steering wheel to the front of the tractor. Can you see it all the way or is it covered by "body work"? If you can see it, are the steering gears in the front exposed or enclosed? Is the radiator exposed? Do the rear wheels mount directly to the axles, or is there a casting that "drops" the rear wheels below the line of the rear axle. Answers to these questions will narrow things down a lot.
