Grandpa's old F-20 (?)

Saw the tractor today and it looks most like the pictures of the F-20. The only nameplate I could find was on the air filter. It said: International Oil Air Filter. Model 20 S/N 45987. The steering gear was enclosed in a big cannister-type housing, but it's larger in diameter than any that I've seen on this site. It was about 18" in diameter and about 4" high. Other than that, I'd say it is probably an F-20. It is red where there is still paint, vivid surface rust everywhere else. The steering wheel is unlike those in the pictures here: all steel with about 1 and a half inch ring diameter for the actual steering ring. The ones in the pix here look like black plastic and thinner around.
