Industrial 574 (Ser. No. 2310013U002984*) with IH 1550 loader. Problem(s) 1. Gas engine bogs down when load is applied(presently using to pull 3 pth 60" finish mower, usually in gear 2 or 3 of lower gear range). There is no sputtering and no backfiring. Runs smooth in idle and at 2300 rpm prior to letting out clutch. Continues to run smoothly but acts as though there is no power when clutch is let out. Then rpm drops and engine dies. Engine sometimes dies even if clutch is disengaged at 800+ rpm after the bogging down begins. 2. When placed in upper gear range, position of gear selection lever will not change gears(1-4). Tractor moves at same speed in gear positions 1-4, apparently stuck in 4th gear. Normal operation in lower gear range (all four gears available). 3. When clutch is engaged there is a delay before the tractor starts to move. Sometimes you have to place your toe under the pedal. linkage seems to be OK. 4. Replaced hydralic fluid filter. Replaced the fluid drained to do this. Fluid level measures OK. Now loader raises extremely slowly.
