Still trying to get the hydraulics going on my 240. Hooked up a cylinder, but each time I tried the hydraulics, they killed the engine. I checked the resivor, and found the fluid level to be low, and no, it is not getting past the pump seal into the crankcase, so I figure the system was just picking up fluid. I filled it back to the top, tried again, now the hydraulics just load the engine down, but it dosen't kill. The cylinder still won't move. I can see preasure in the lines to and from the pump, so I think the pump has picked up prime. The Hy-tran level is low again, but I am all out now, so while I'm going to get more, I just thought I'd ask you guys if you think it's just low on Hy-Tran, or if there is trouble somewhere else. I should mention that they are not making any unusual noises like they did before I rebuilt the regulator valve.
