'67? - 706

I'm looking at buying what I think is a '67 Farmall 706 (seriel #41862 SY) with a narrow front and a loader for $4900. Is this a good price for a 706 with a German diesel in it with 6000-7000 hours? The loader arm on the left side is split where the arm rotates on the pin in the first knuckle and droops to that side when operated. It still works but I would not want to use it for any heavy work until it's fixed. Can new loader arms be found or is it possible that this can be welded? I have also noticed a few leaks around the front bottom of tractor but can't tell what kind of fluid it is. Any other thoughts or things to look for before I buy it would be greatly appreciated!
