Sqeeling belt and fan wont turn I need help

Yesterday my AV was running and doing some light work in 1st gear and then there was bluish smoke from the front and, a sqeeling sound. I shut her down and then looked for problems. The main engine big pulley wheel on the bottom turned as the engine does turn over and run but the fan wont turn and I cant remember if the smaller belt to the generator was turning but I dont think it was. But I am not certain. I cannot turn the fan blade by hand. What happened? Did I burn up the bearings because the fan wont turn. I need a manual but I dont have one too. How do I fix this problem it is stuck outin the filed and I dont want to drive it if it is not cooling down. Scott A
