Hey, I was looking at the vintage photo gallery and saw a picture of a line of Farmall M's on a train. Check out the rims. They are backwards to today's standards, but rolled off the factory like this. Could anybody explain why this was and why they were switched later? This photo is obviously between 1939 and 194? when they changed the decals, but what is the deal with the rims? I know someone posted a recently purchased tractor on tractor photos, and took some grief for having the rims on "backwards." I just thought this was kind of funny.
