350 Farmall Runs, but misses - need help!

Can't figure this one out. Tractor starts and runs, but misses every 1 or 2 seconds, miss increases with engine speed. Have changed coil, distributor, points, condensor, plug wires. Tractor ran great till 2 weeks ago when helper was mowing with it. Compression checks 140 psi all four cylinders. If I uplug one or two cylinders, tractor runs smoother than with four! Overhauled two years ago. Any suggestions on what to try next would be greatly appreciated!
