running one 1 cylinder when lugging

I have a farmall F14 that runs just fine when its just sitting there but if you try and do anything with it it only runs on 2 cylinders if you realy lug it it only hits on 1 till it gets up in rpm's and runs on 2 I have timed it twice and I know its getting gas cause the carb runns a little rich (I know this because it starts cold with no choke but its not easy) I have tried skidding trees but it barly has the power
