Perhaps I misstated Dave, you are right I guess its the drive tube. Its the top side of the long casing where the drive shaft is that would be the tranny on any other car type application. It does draw from the small fluid tank in the forward portion. I still don't see any type of filler there other than the 2 hydro lines that come out of the top directly in front of the hydro unit. Its a 230 as it still had the original decal on the tank and matches others I have seen around. I will figure this monster out one way or another, thanx for the help.
