Year of 1566 IH, Difference between Black and White stripe ones?

Have a International 1566 Black Stripe and want to know the year. Side of transmission has a tag and says F-1566 and S/N 2650135-U013402 I can't find the year of it. YT S/N page isn't any help. Also,.. What is the diffrence between the White Stripe and Black Stripe models. Are the parts and operators manuals the same?
