My local IH dealer has an IH 886 w/ cab air heat(all the goodies) he wants 13,000 for it and it looks like its in excellent condition. Im in need of a bigger tractor(75-85hp) and was wondering if i should look at this one pretty hard. It has nearly new rubber front and back, real clean on the inside. Paint is about 85-90%. I am wanting this tractor to pull a 4x5 round baler, a 9' diskbine and other odds and ends. It doesnt have a loader, but suspect it will have in at least a month if i get it. I want the cab not only for the air and heat but also to keep the dust down when baleing. Is there any weak points on these tractors? Are they hard to start in the winter( I live in south west missouri were our winters are mild but can get down to below freezing)? Is it economical on fuel?(has to be better than the gas rig i have now) Just give me pointers on what to look for. oh also are there digital monitor systme any good, dependable i guss? Thanks for the help. john
