what weight oil do I use F-20

What oil do I use in the crankcase,oil filter,transmition,rear? And how many Quarts?
I am just about ready to fire up my F-20 for the first time. I took it apart and repainted everything and now have it together. I didn't do any engene work, just went over every thing to make sure it would work.REBUILT CARB,MAG, FIXED RADIATOR,packed bearings,tubes in tires. Any advice on how to go about starting it for the first time ,or setting things up would be greatly appreciated.
