While it's possible there really isn't too much point. Your B only has the C-113 engine in it and they didn't put the water pump on until they started using the C-123 engine(Super A-1, Super C). The A's and the B's are known for running fairly cool. If you use the head off one designed for a water pump then it'll be designed for a 3 1/8" bore. Hope that helps. SAm in NS
