It was not turned over after the head was removed. The tractor was running bad and leaking and blowing oil. We rebuilt the vaporizer and replaced the diaphram in the piece next to the vaporizer. At the same time we retorqued the head and after that notice that it was bubbling oil and water around number 3 cylinder. Head gasket was bad. We also replaced the side plate and valve cover gaskets.
