farmall c leaking hydraulic fluid into engine oil

the farmall c leaks hydraulic fluid into the engine oil, but the hydraulics work for a time when i refill the reservoir before it has a chance to leak into the engine oil.
what is causing the leak?
do i need a new pump or a new seal/gasket?
how can i fix it?
where can i get the parts?
