It replaces the left hand brake assembly.
You do need to get into the transmision to install.
Remove bull gear, LH rear axel carrier to slide axel out.
Ok its a lot of work, but dont let that deswade you. When I get done with mine ( I have one for my H) I will have step by step photos on my web site.
Ones for the H are hard to find. I paid $300 for mine. The clutch disk are real real hard to find.
M&W has them for the M but not the H.
I will find some though.
