Farmall H won't stay running

Even in this cold weather my 1945 Farmall H starts real good. However, lately it won't stay running without pulling the choke almost all of the way closed even after it's warmed up. I've put stuff in the gas that is suppose to get rid of the water. I've checked the screen in the inlet to the carburator and it is clear. I can turn the mixture screw in the bottom of the carburetor all the way out and it doesn't seem to make any difference in the way it runs. Any suggestions?
