If I understand correctly, the top screw at an angle controls the mixture at idle, after the throttle is opened off idle to wide open, the t-handle screw controls the mixture. In other words, the lower t-handle screw is like an adjustable main jet. Is this true? Also, did you mean to say that on the t-handle screw IN is MORE FUEL and OUT is LESS or is it the other way around? I am not questioning your knowledge, I just want to be sure.
