A not starting

HElp!!! my "a" wont start I have checked everything Compression (110-115 #) new plugs, Getting good spark , timing , carb (torn down 2 times) it just cranks starting fluid will make it fire for a second but???...when i pull the plugs there dry there is no restrictin in the fuel line from the tank......anyone?
