I bought the tractor last year and I'm still learning about it. The gentleman I bought it from said he had just replaced a gear in the pump. He also said there was not a gasket on it, so he did not put one back on it (which doesn't make sense to me). This is where the leak is. I hope it's nothing more serious than that. All the hydraulics work but I've only used the hydraulics on the fast hitch to operate a plow blade in the snow. They worked, but they were slow. Like I said, I'm new at this, but I'm hoping to install the gasket myself. Is this a big task? Will there be any suprises? Or should I take it to an expert?
