I was thinking of upgrading my corn planter this year. I have a I.H. no. 56, 4 row wide planter now and have used it for about ten years. I bought it at an auction and paid $270 for it. I plant about 60 acres a year. I have had some problems with the fertilizer attachment but have never missed a row with it. I see alot of 400 and 800 cyclo air planters in the farm paper that seem very reasonably priced, but haven't any experience with them. Would someone tell of theirs good or bad? Or should I keep what I have. Thanks for any and all input.
