your A doesnt have a water pump. it cools using the hydrosiphon principle. this means that if the radiator is flowing freely then the block may have a stoppage. i would also be inclined to think you should check and maybe change the oil too. i dont know a whole lot about these tractors since i have only had my A for about three months and i have no manuals for it as of yet.
