I inherited my grandfathers model A and plan to restore it eventually & use it for misc. small tasks. I currently use it to cut grass once in awhile but after about 1/2 hour or so in 70 degree weather it starts blowing steam & spitting water out the overflow. I took the radiator in and they found no leaks. I flushed out the system with a garden hose then put it back on & still does it. The radiator shop suggested it may have had too much fluid in it. I lowered it a bit but did'nt help. Also when it starts to overheat I noticed that the oil pressure needle hangs out right on the edge of the red. Does anyone have a suggestion for this problem? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!!
