Roy: I don't think IH ever made any tractors in Canada. IH tractors sold here either said made in USA, Britain or Germany. I rather doubt there was ever a Super BMD on Canadian soil. If there was it was likely brought here by a British Imigrant. There were Super BMD shipped into the southern US. I have heard that some of the Standards W6, etc were shipped into Western Canada. Probably wheat farmers that never started them all winter anyway. I think B-250 and B-275 gave IH Canada enough headaches, not being climatized for our winters. With our cold winters we had enough troubles with the B-250 and B-275. We thought they were great little tractors, but we couldn't get them going from Nov. to April.
