Anti-freeze in oil on an M

My neighbor (and good friend) has a M for sale that I went to check out. The tractor is complete, original and looked in really nice condition. I ran real good too. Then I cracked open the drain plug on the oil pan and drained about 12 onces of anti-freeze into a jar. Now I'm not an expert mechanic, but know that its either the head gasket, cracked head, or a cracked block. Anyone have any ideas or hints to help me determine the problem so I can figure out what to offer him for it. Thankyou - Jeff
