What is a good planter tractor?

I'm looking for a different tractor to plant with and am leaning towards an IH. They seem pretty reliable. Have a Case now and the dealer never seems to have parts and a Deere is too pricey. What is my best bet for 75-100 hp, dsl, and wide front, no cab.
