FARMALL SUPER A HELP

I have a farmall super A in west virginia..my garndfater swears up and down its a 35 or 6 but i think its a '47 ill have to check the seraial number...it has been sitting in the barn partially exposed for 3 years now...i tried starting her up but absulutly nothig happened...ive changed spark plugs and installed new battery...we have no manual and i dont even know if i am starting it up right...noone knows how..a couple ol farmers suggested diff ways to start her...im only 16 so please help me out...i want here running again and i cando it i just need to know what im doing first.email me at FL_STATE_CHAMP_@hotmail.com
