you will not have much for brakes and more often than not the steering will not work,it does sound like the rivets in the drive hub let go somewhat but the tractor should still drive and the 3 pt hitch should still work as they run off of a different pump.i would probably check the hyd. filter to see if you have anything in there,metal or anything else.
