IH 1066 HYDRAULIC PROBLEM..

Hello...If you can help please do! I have an IH 1066 tractor, non T/A equipped...While I was bush-hogging the other day the hydraulics stopped working. No power steering, no brakes, no PTO..Nothing. One of my friends thinks that it could be the hydraulic pump has failed..IF this is the case, where is it located, how hard is it to get at it and how do I test it? If it is the pump where do I get another one? IF not the pump, then what else coud it be? As you can see I don't know much about tractors but am willing to learn! Thanking you in advance! Mitch.
