It the U is the right one and right width I would check with a fabricator on making a set of mounting brackets. He may even be able to change holes on the brackets you have.

My next thought of course is if that bracket will not fit your tractor it will not fit any other A, SA, 100, 130 or 140. So then you have to wonder if the drawbar was indeed an IH drawbar, unless for a Cub. Cub could be same drawbar with different brackets, not sure on that one.

Those drawbars for Super A could be a bit scarce. I have been told of tobacco growers buying Super A tractors new without a drawbar of any kind, just a bracket similar to drawbar mount, only designed for mounting rear cultivator gangs. If that practice was done in any volume, drawbars could be hard to find.
