Super M - not moving water

My 'new to me' Super M is running quite hot (210-240) and does not appear to be moving water. Went to check the thermostat and it doesn't have one. Is there an easy way to determine if its the radiator, water pump or block that is stopping the water flow? There are no bubbles in the radiator so guessing its not a cracked head.
