My starter wasn't working at all on my Farmall 450 gas -ground. So I took it apart and found the thin flat copper wire that connects to the bolt was disconnected(the copper-colored bolt that sticks outside of the starter and has the wire that goes directly to the solinoid.) I've tried getting it to stick back to the bolt using JB weld putty (but it didn't allow the electricity to flow through the putty). After scraping that off, I tried a 40/60 rosin core solder but couldn't get it to hold the copper wire to the bolt (it just didn't seem strong enough). I don't know much about these, any ideas on a quick + easy way to fix this? Thanks, Matt
