Actually, they are quite different tractors which have the same-sized engine and a few other parts in common, but not much else. The 350 Farmall was an update on the Farmall H model row crop tractor, most of which were originally sold with the "triangle" configuration - on the front they had one tire only, or two tires close together. Follow this link for a picture: http://www.tomsihantiquetractors.com/1957350gas.htm The 350 Hi-Utility was a high-clearance version of the 350 Utility tractor which in turn was a minor update of the 300 Utility originally introduced in 1955. All of these had a wide front design, only. Guy Fay's International Harvestor Data Book, p. 194, discusses this variation on the standard utility design.
