Most were shipped dished in from factory. I think it is fair to say that most of those were switched to dished out either by dealer or farmer shortly after delivery. Running duals requires inside wheel's to be dished in. The wheel's can be slid in or out on the axle to adjust wheel width for both dished in and out. Being dished in will allow your wheel width to be much narrower versus being dished out. Having wheel's dished out will allow you to have wider width, thus making tractor more stable. The further out the hubs are mounted on the axle, the more strain is going to be put on the axle. Much easier to break axle with hubs clamped clear at the end of axle. Me personally, I think they look better dished out (more stability and easier on the axle to boot). A wheel weight mounted to the outside of the wheel when it is dished out makes it look even better. About the only advantage I can see to dished in would be easier to trailor it, and less space in the garage. Just my 2 cents worth.
