My H is at the farm I bought and my uncle is living out there for now. He is a self professed expert on Farmalls. Anyways, he left me a message telling me that he was doing me a favor today by changing out the fluids on my Farmall (without asking my permission). He said that the transmission fluid was leaking out faster than he could put the fluid in!!! As you are well aware, I am just now learning the basics of my Farmall and am still very much in the discovery phase. What I think is happening is that he is putting way too much in and it is overrunning?? When I picked up the tractor there were no leaks anywhere nor where there on the trailer during the 8 hour ride back home. He also said the radiator fluid is more brown then clear fluid although it tests to 5 degree's. I'll change out the radiator fluid but am worried about the transmission. Can anyone elaborate on what to look for and what this could possibly be? If the tranmssion does have a major leak how hard and/or expensive can it be to fix? Any help is appreciated! Griz
