WD 6 diesel leak into injector pump crankcase

Any idea why this happens? I had the injector pump rebuilt at a shop just for this reason and finally after installing, timing, testing, removing and hauling it back to them about 3 times. I gave up. They kept telling me nothing is wrong. It is a pain having to drain and refill it with oil every time i use the tractor. Some days it isn't bad, and some it's terrible. i checked the scavenge valve like the manual said, appears fine. Any ideas?? Just the nature of the beast like flooding carbs???
