To "Parts Man" Thanks much for your reply; this helps part of my problem, but I see now I was unclear on the "posi" problem; the back wheels are locked up ALL the time; I cannot get the spline lock to dis-engage even when I pull up the pedal manually. any ideas on how to break the spline coupler free? I'll likely have to do an overhaul sooner or later, but would like to get through the winter without having to tear it down. Thanks for any ideas (do you make house calls? :-) Ken in VA
