Mccormick cub pricing

Local dealer has a early 50's cub for sale on consignment. Owner is asking $2300.00 for tractor, woods 5' belly mower and front blade. Tractor is in poor shape in my opinion. Surface rust on entire tractor, sheet metal has dings and dents, battery box missing, engine is wet with oil(not dripping) on both sides, steering shaft bushing at top mount is missing/worn out, tires are fair. Nor familiar enough with tractor to be sure whether other parts are missing or not. At this point I have not seen it running. I really would like a cub but feel that this price is too high. Located in Central Ohio. I would really appreciated any and all opinions/recommendations that you all may have. Thanks in advance. Dave
