CNKS, I have one on a 300 that I got from a local dealer don't know the brand name of it but it sounds like the Cross you are describing. I like it and it will handle anything I want to pick up with it, I did change the drawbar that came with it as the new one didn't look real strong and didn't hook to the belly of the tractor so I used the factory drawbar and made a bracket to support it(you have to take off the original "horseshoe" shaped bar to install the 3pt).
