Brad: If that loader has been on a 544 or 504 you will probably have to lengthen the frame going back to the axle housings of your tractor. I once bought a complete farm with 656, 504 both Farmalls and a 2000 IH loader. Loader had been on 656 when new. The owner had cut 6" out of frame on each side and mounted it on 504. I wanted to put that loader on 560 Farmall, thus had to weld the pieces back in. He had actually saved the pieces. I think you will find the 2001 loader same as it applies to length of tractor.
