OT need some help with these careers!

was wondering if any of you fine folks could tell me what all these careers are about in more depth then I most likely know.

Agricultural Business & Production
Forestry/Natural Resources/Wildland Firefighter
Wilderness Management
*Ironworker
*Sheet Metal
*Small engine mechanic

The starred ones I know i am taking and others that i already know what they are. I do know what these are but not good enough to make a choice if i wanna take them. I will be taking these in 4 years at 2 different technical colleges
