A product called Color Back info

I recently saw an adv. for stuff called "Color Back" in a magazine and was wondering if any of you guys had any experience with it .Supposed to restore the pigment on faded paint and money back if not satisfied.Lasts 2Yr.
Is this for real or just something else to separate a poor farmer from his money.
If it works it would be cheaper and easier than a paint job.Info. appreciated.
