Actually he can't if it's an original 140 block. They came from the factory as the equivalent of a C113 block with the 3" to 3 1/8" overbore kit already installed to make it a C123. Without doing custom machine work (and then finding custom parts) the best you can do is either get or save a set of firecrater pistons and use a new set of rings. The aftermarket TISCO pistons have a shorter piston and therefore a lower compression ratio. The good news is that you're not to far from your mark, look at 240 Utility HP numbers. Basically the same motor turning a little higher RPM (2000). Stan(VA).
