Have a seat. The seals you are looking to replace cannot be replaced from outside the case. The good news is that you do not have to split the tractor. That's where the good news ends. Those seals reside in the bull pinion shaft bearing cages. The cages must be removed from the tractor and disassembled to replace the seals. You cannot just unbolt the cages and pull them out of the case. Along with other issues, the bull gears simply will not allow removal of the cages. To get the cages out you must remove the hydraulic housing, remove the rear axle assemblies and bull gears, support the dfferential and then remove the cages. Now you can disassemble the cages and replace the seals. Re-assemble.
