IH used two or three Zenith carbs. You need a parts manual, then you can easily identify it. In the absence of that, take it to your Case-IH dealer and look at the diagrams on the computer screen. Pay particular attention to the shape of the upper edge of the bowl (remove the throttle body) or the shape of the gasket. As to gas or distillate, the distillate version has an adjustable main jet, the gas version has a plug where where the adjusting screw (needle) goes--it could have been changed from distillate to gas, also.
